Recurring Orders Policy

By clicking the Submit Order button, you agree that if you selected a frequency of weekly, every other week, or every four weeks, your order will automatically renew on the frequency basis as noted on the order confirmation form. In addition, your authorized method of payment will be charged the fee as seen on the order confirmation form under “Cart Contents” to the right of each product name that you have chosen (fees may change) until you cancel or change your recurring order.

Cancellation Policy

By clicking the Submit Order button, you agree that you may cancel your Nason Foods or chat our customer service team between 9h00 – 16h30 p.m, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Cancellation requests are processed immediately. If the cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to delivery, Nason Foods reserves the right to charge a 50% handling fee on your purchase amount.
