The area can be helpful when looking for something you have enjoyed in the past that you want to reorder without going through the entire process all over again.
When you check out, make sure you choose the correct delivery day for your area, if you are unable to check out this may be because you are not logged in.
Payments are processed through PayFast and you can pay using Instant EFT, Debit or Credit Card. PayFast uses Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this payment method, which is the highest level of encryption currently available. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. Your (the customer) personal and delivery details will be stored by Nason Agricultural Holdings (Pty) Ltd t/a Nason Foods. Your financial details will be entered and processed on PayFast’s secure site and will not be shared or stored by third parties (including us).
Things happen and sometimes you may want to cancel your order, the best way to do this is to email firstname.lastname@example.org and just notify us that you would like to cancel and we will send you a confirmation email. You will need to cancel the order before 2 pm on the day before delivery for a full refund, otherwise, we will have to charge a 50% cancellation fee thereafter as we will already have your items.
