FAQs

We deliver in most parts of Johannesburg, Vanderbijlpark and Pretoria all for a flat fee of R30.00. If you’re unsure of whether we deliver in your area or not please contact us.

Delivery Process

Orders are processed as follows:

  • Orders before 17h00 on Mondays – Delivered on Tuesday and Wednesday between 12h00 and 17h00
  • Orders before 17h00 on Thursdays – Will be delivered on Saturday and Sunday between 12h00 and 17h00

Delivery Charges

  • We currently serve Johannesburg (and surrounds) and Pretoria Central (and surrounds) only and our delivery fee is R30.00.
  • The delivery fee is added to the total cart cost at checkout.
  • We may run special limited time offers of free delivery, announcements will be made on our website and via social media.

What is My Account?

Your Account is where you can access orders (including past order), manage your account information and update your address information (billing and delivery addresses). The area can be helpful when looking for something you have enjoyed in the past that you want to reorder without going through the entire process all over again.

How do I pay for my order?

Payments are processed through PayFast and you can pay using Instant EFT, Debit or Credit Card. PayFast uses Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this payment method, which is the highest level of encryption currently available. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. Your (the customer) personal and delivery details will be stored by Nason Agricultural Holdings (Pty) Ltd t/a Nason Foods. Your financial details will be entered and processed on PayFast’s secure site and will not be shared or stored by third parties (including us).

How can I cancel my whole order?

Things happen and sometimes you may want to cancel your order, the best way to do this is to email info@nasonfoods.com and just notify us that you would like to cancel and we will send you a confirmation email. You will need to cancel the order before 2 pm on the day before delivery for a full refund, otherwise, we will have to charge a 50% cancellation fee thereafter as we will already have your items.

What do I do if an item I receive is defective (broken/leaking/expired)?

In an unlikely event that you find anything is not up to scratch, please send us a picture via WhatsApp or email (+27 76 438 5385 or info@nasonfoods.com) and we will gladly arrange a replacement for you.
